| Airport Taxes and Airline Fuel Surcharges: Vary depending on your route and exchange rates at the time of ticketing. Range from £150 to £500 depending on your destinations. Please call us for a quote. Minimum/maximum trip duration: 10 days minimum outside of Europe. Maximum trip duration 365 days. Open dated tickets are not possible. Stopovers: Minimum of 3 stops (minimum 24 hours in each city). Maximum of 15 stops. Only 1 stop permitted in same city. Only 5 stops permitted within continental USA and Canada including gateways. Only 5 stops permitted within Europe including Intercontinental gateways, not more than 3 in one country. Only 3 stops permitted within Japan. Transits: Unlimited transits permitted (subject to maximum sector limit above). Transits are included in the total mileage calculation for the ticket. No more than 2 transits in each direction permitted in the same European country. Surface sectors: Permitted. Each surface sector counts as one stop and is included in the total mileage and stopover calculation for the ticket. Basic Route: Travel must be "round the world" and must include one Transatlantic and one Transpacific crossing. Backtracking is permitted but can substantially increase the mileage. Upgrades: Upgrade to Singapore Airlines Economy Plus Class between Singapore and Los Angeles or Newark (or vice versa) for £99 per flight. Upgrade to Air New Zealand Premium Economy Class for £99 per flight between Auckland and Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane and £199 for all other flights. Upgrade to Thai Airways Premium Economy Class for £199 per flight between Bangkok and New York JFK and Los Angeles (or vice versa). Upgrade to SAS Economy Flex for £199 per flight. Payment: A non-refundable deposit of £75 will secure your seat (£150 for business or first class). We will then email your itinerary and confirmation to you. You will then have 10 days to check your itinerary over and to make sure it is exactly what you want. Once you are happy with your itinerary you must make final payment in full. This payment must be make no later than 10 days after your original booking was made. (There is a 2% handling fee of paying your balance by credit card). Changes: After starting your trip date changes are free or for a small local admin fee. Route changes are $125 USD (or local equivalent). Once you have started your trip all changes must be made directly with the airline. Before starting your trip date and/or route changes cost £150 per ticket. Child fares: 75% of adult fare for children 2 - 11 years old throughout duartion of trip (No discount on surcharges and taxes). Infant fares: 10% of adult fare for infants under 2 years old throughout duration of trip (No discount on surcharges). Cancellation fees: Before departure - 25% of airfare.
