Airport Taxes and Airline Fuel Surcharges:
Vary depending on your route and exchange rates at the time of ticketing. Range from £200 to £400
depending on your destinations. Please call us for a quote.

Minimum/maximum trip duration:
No Minimum  duration.  Maximum trip duration 365 days. Open dated tickets are not possible.

Stopovers:
Unlimited stopovers within the maximum permitted mileage. Only one stop permitted in the same city.
Only 3 stops permitted in New Zealand.

Transits:
Unlimited transits permitted. Transits are included in the total mileage calculation for the ticket. 

Surface sectors:
Permitted. Each surface sector counts as one stop and is included in the total mileage and stopover calculation for the ticket.

Basic Route:
Travel must be "round the world" and must include one Transatlantic and one Transpacific crossing.
Mileage must not exceed 29,000 miles.

Excess Mileage:

In Economy/Premium Economy: An additional 1,500 miles can be purchased for £75, an additional 3,000 miles can be purchased for £139 or an additional 4,500 miles for £209. This does not increase your stopover allowance.

In Business Class: An additional 1,500 miles can be purchased for £125, an additional 3,000 miles can be purchased for £250 or an additional 4,500 miles for £360. This does not increase your stopover allowance.

Upgrades:

Please note a surcharge will apply for Business Class passengers traveling on Singapore Airlines B773ER/A380 services .  Please ask our consultants for more details and costing info.

Upgrade to Virgin Atlantic Premium Economy Class for £250 per flight.
Upgrade to Air New Zealand Premium Economy Class for £245 per flight.

Payment:
A non-refundable deposit of £75 will secure your seat (£150 for business or first class). We will then email your itinerary and confirmation. If you need to make any changes please contact us as soon as possible and no later than your balance due date. Your balance must be paid within 10 days of reservation. After you have paid your balance your tickets will be issued and it is not possible to make changes prior to departure.
(There is a 2% handling fee of paying your balance by credit card). 

Changes:
After starting your trip date changes are free or for a small local admin fee. Route changes are $125USD (or local equivalent).
Once you have started your trip all changes must be made directly with the airline.
Before starting your trip date and/or route changes cost £150 per ticket.

Child fares:
75% of adult fare for children 2 - 11 years old throughout duartion of trip (No discount on surcharges and taxes).

Infant fares:
10% of adult fare for infants under 2 years old throughout duration of trip (No discount on surcharges).

Cancellation fees:
Before departure - 50% of airfare.
After departure - no refund.
