Minimum/maximum trip duration: Tickets valid for 12months from ex-uk departure . Routing Info: Travel is permitted RTW or via Asia or North America in both directions,. Your itinerary must include sector/s with both Virgin Atlantic & Air New Zealand. Stopovers: 1 stop permitted FOC in each direction in Beijing*, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo, Osaka* 1 stop permitted FOC in each direction in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Vancouver* 1 additional stop permitted FOC in Sydney, Auckland, Wellington or Christchuch enroute to your destination. (no backtracking permitted) (* Please note that a surface sector or additional flight is required when including points denoted with * eg London - San Francisco -/overland/ - Vancouver - Auckland. Please ask us about our special conjuction fares for this ticket. Unlimited pacific island stopovers when travelling via North America. Choose from Cook Islands, Samoa or Tonga at £100 per stop southbound or £200 per stop northbound. These stops must be online (no backtracking) Destination Australia: When your destination is Australia (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Cairns, Gold Coast) a surcharge of £100.00 will apply. Surface sectors between these points are permitted and stopovers are allowed as detailed above. Travel to Australia will involve transit/s in New Zealand (except when using direct flight HKG -SYD in which case a free stopover in Sydney is permitted. Transits: Unlimited online / interline transfers permitted subject to rules. The same city pair cannot be flown more than once in the same direction. Travel may not be via the original point of origin. Surface sectors: Permitted as long as they are within the stopover / transfer allowances. Route Restrictions: Travel is not permitted on Air New Zealand/Virgin Atlantic codeshare partners. Payment: A non-refundable deposit of £75 will secure your seat (£150 for business or first class). We will then forward a detailed itinerary and confirmation by email. Any changes you wish to make should be advised within 7 days of booking and before your balance is paid. Due to varying ticket time limits imposed by the airlines, we normally request payment within 10 days of making your original reservation. The exact balance due date will be advised to you at time of booking and shown on your confirmation invoice. . Changes: After starting your trip date changes are free of charge (local admin fee will apply) Once you have started your trip all changes must be made directly with the airline. Child fares: 75% of adult fare for children 2 - 11 years old throughout duration of trip (No discount on surcharges and taxes). Infant fares: 10% of adult fare for infants under 2 years old throughout duration of trip (No discount on surcharges). Cancellation fees: Penalties apply for cancellation.
