Minimum/maximum trip duration: Tickets valid for 12months from ex-uk departure but all travel must be completed by 31Oct2009 Routing Info: Travel is permitted RTW or via Asia or North America in both directions,. Stopovers: 1 stop permitted FOC in each direction in Beijing*, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo, Osaka* 1 stop permitted FOC in each direction in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Vancouver* 1 additional stop permitted FOC in Sydney, Auckland, Wellington or Christchuch enroute to your destination. (no backtracking permitted) (* Please note that a surface/overland sector is required if including points denoted with a * eg London - San Francisco -/overland/ - Vancouver - Auckland. Unlimited pacific island stopovers when travelling via North America. Choose from Cook Islands, Samoa or Tonga at £100 per stop southbound or £200 per stop northbound. These stops must be online (no backtracking) Destination Australia: When Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Cairns, Gold Coast is your destination a surcharge of £100.00 will apply. Surface sectors between these points is permitted and stopoves are also permitted as detailed above. Travel will involve transit in NZ (except when using direct flight HKG -SYD) Transits: Unlimited online / interline transfers permitted subject to rules. The same city pair cannot be flown more than once in the same direction. Travel may not be via the original point of origin. Surface sectors: Permitted as long as they are within the stopover / transfer allowances. Route Restrictions: Travel is not permitted on Air New Zealand codeshare partners. Ticket deadline: Must be ticketed within 14 days of reservation. Payment: A non-refundable deposit of £75 will secure your seat (£150 for business or first class). We will then email your itinerary and confirmation to you. You will then have 10 days to check your itinerary over and to make sure it is exactly what you want. Once you are happy with your itinerary you must make final payment in full. This payment must be make no later than 10 days after your original booking was made. (There is a 2% handling fee of paying your balance by credit card). Changes: After starting your trip date changes are free or for a small local admin fee. Route changes are £50 (or local equivalent). Once you have started your trip all changes must be made directly with the airline.No changes permitted prior to departure. Child fares: 75% of adult fare for children 2 - 11 years old throughout duration of trip (No discount on surcharges and taxes). Infant fares: 10% of adult fare for infants under 2 years old throughout duration of trip (No discount on surcharges). Cancellation fees: Before departure - 50% of airfare.
