You've also got 6 months in which to do it, with unlimited stops, regular departures and the inside scoop on where to stay and what's happening. to what is commonly referred to as "The most beautiful place in New Zealand",
and one of the wonders of the natural world. The Milford Sound Overland
Adventure is a day trip from Queenstown to Milford and return. On your way
into Milford Sound you will get the opportunity to stop at some great lookouts
and do some short bushwalks. Once in Milford Sound you will go on a boat
cruise to the underwater observatory and see all the marine life that lives
in the depths here. Milford Sound is dominated by the majestic Mitre Peak,
and has a host of beautiful waterfalls, and epic landscapes within its boundaries.
No trip to New Zealand is complete without a trip to Milford Sound. There is an option to hop off the bus in Te Anau, and/or Milford Sound to overnight so you can still utilise the 12 month validity of your pass. |

| How to book - When you buy a pass you will receive a voucher and you have up to 12 months to start your trip once this has been issued. - When you arrive in New Zealand you can either phone the Kiwi Experience office, email or simply visit them to book your start date (contact details will be sent with your voucher). When you get on your first bus your voucher will be exchanged for a ticket and this will then be valid for 6 months over your selected travel route. Some basic rules and conditions - Kiwi Experience passes are transferable between sectors but cannot be transferred between people. ( A fee of $25 applies to all transfers). - Kiwi Experience assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen tickets. Upon proof of purchase, a replacement ticket will be issued by Experience's office or driver / guides only, and a $25 re-issue fee will apply. - Experience passes are non-refundable. - Travel reservations are required and should be made in advance of departure to help assure a seat. Changes of confirmed travel dates must be made at least 24 hours prior to departures changes. - Should a passenger fail to show for a booked and confirmed departure from any point the passenger's ticket will become void intil a $50 penalty is paid to reinstate the validity of the ticket. - Travel insurance is not included, we strongly recommend that passengers have their own travel insurance against illness, loss/damage to personal belongings and not being able to travel on the confirmed departure date. - Passengers under 17 years old must travel with their legal parent(s), spouse or guardian. There must be at least 1 adult per 2 under 17 year olds travelling. |
