Norwich Airport Development Fee:
Please be aware that an airport development fee has been introduced at Norwich Airport. This is payable in cash or by credit card at the airport on departure. The fee is £3 per adult and £1 per child 15 and under and nil for infants. The fee cannot be collected in advance.

Baggage Allowance:
20kg on all routes apart from Norwich - 15kg per person.

Child Discount:
Unfortunately there is no child discount.

Infants under 2 years at the time of travel and not occupying a seat:
£40 each.

 Making a booking:
 We require payment in full at the time of booking. Bookings can only be made by calling us at 1st Western Air Travel on 0845 6801298. We are open 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (closed Bank Holidays).
Credit Card Charges:
 We do not charge for any UK bank Debit Card transactions.
There is a 2% handling fee for payments by Credit Card or non-UK Debit Card.
We accept Visa (2% fee), Mastercard (2% fee), Switch (no fee), Maestro (no fee), Delta (no fee) and Solo (no fee).
Unfortunately we do not accept American Express, Diners or Electron.

Cancellation Fees:
All charter flights are non refundable after booking.
