Unaccompanied Minors:
Children under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult.

Baggage Allowance:
Economy Class - passengers will be allowed 20kg as checked-baggage PLUS 5kg as hand baggage which must NOT exceed 23 x 40 x 51cm.
Club Transat Class and Thomas Cook Premium - passengers will be allowed 30kg as checked-baggage PLUS 5kg as hand baggage which must NOT exceed 23 x 40 x 51cm.
Infants under 2 do not receive a baggage allowance.

Excess Baggage:
An excess baggage charge will be levied for any luggage exceeding the checked baggage allowance. Each additional kilo will be charged at £3.50/ 5 Euros, payable upon check-in at the airport.

Cancellation fees
Instant purchase fares -
Tickets are non-changeable and non-refundable at any time.
No re-routes allowed.
Full payment is to be collected at the time of booking.

Standard fare -
Bookings are non changeable within 10 weeks, any changes to your booking will be subject to AirTransat Holidays standard cancellation fees.
Cancellations over 70 days prior to departure - loss of deposit.
Cancellations within 69-14 days prior to departure - 80% of total.
Cancellations within 13-7 days prior to departure - 90% of total.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to departure - 100% of total.

Changes to bookings:
Date changes 70 days or more prior to departure are permitted for £100 per change.
Date changes 35-22 days prior to departure are permitted for £160 per change.
Date changes 21-8 days prior to departure are permitted for £200 per change.
No changes are permitted 7 days or less prior to departure.
After departure no changes are permitted.
